Leasing Services
The HouseHuggers utilizes a variety of tools to lease your property. First, The HouseHuggers markets your property to find an applicant. The HouseHuggers uses a variety of marketing vehicles to market your property, finding the best tenant possible. Interested parties will go through an application process, which includes a screen by a professional tenant screening service.* The HouseHuggers will suggest approval or denial of the applicant, schedule the move-in, execute the lease, collect all monies, perform move-in functions, provide a full accounting of all monies received and then deliver everything to you.
*The HouseHuggers will not market or manage properties without a tenant screening process.
Leasing Fee with Management Services Contract - $100
Management Services
The HouseHuggers offers management services for property owners, which includes marketing, screening, leasing, managing tenants, rent collection and maintenance services. We will provide the property owner with quarterly reports and do bi-weekly exterior property inspections.
1-4 Units $75 a month 5 and above $50 a month

Maintenance
The HouseHuggers has a qualified, professional pool of maintenance people to repair and maintain your property. Maintenance fees will be paid by the property owner, however, The HouseHuggers will handle all aspects of the repair calls.
